Cancellation Policy: Eighty percent (80.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 8 days away at time of booking.
About the Owner
Eagle Pointe has been a cherished part of our family for generations. For over 30 years, Don Preisler, Chase's Grandfather, proudly owned and operated the resort, creating a place where families could gather, relax, and make lifelong memories. After his passing, we decided to continue that legacy and keep Eagle Pointe in the family-a decision rooted in our love for this special property and it's deep connection to Chase's childhood and family history in Northern Wisconsin. While we call Minnesota our home and are raising our family there, Eagle Pointe remains a place that brings us back to a slower pace of life. We spend our time here enjoying everything Butternut Lake has to offer-fishing, swimming, boating, campfires, and quality time with friends and family. We love the welcoming small-town atmosphere and the slower pace that make Northern Wisconsin such a special destination. Our goal is to preserve the charm, traditions, and sense of community that have made Eage Pointe a favorite getaway for so many years while creating new memories for generations to come.
